Does LINKS Pediatric & Adolescent Behavioral Health accept insurance?
Dr. Kotler does not participate with or accept any third party, private, or commercial insurances. Payments are due at the time of service.
For each visit, Dr. Kotler creates an invoice/receipt containing all necessary insurance coding information and provides this documentation to the patient/family. Many families choose to submit these invoices to their insurance company for reimbursement, based on their individual plan coverage.
Does Dr. Kotler have an answering service or someone available to answer my questions after hours or in case of an emergency?
Dr. Kotler answers all of her own phone calls. She is available to her patients for questions or concerns. Her concierge, boutique style practice means her patients never have to feel alone. Once under her care, you are part of her patient family. She knows you and your child well and you receive truly personal care.
How long are visits?
Dr. Kotler spends as much time as needed with her patients. Initial behavioral consultants usually last 2 – 2 1⁄2 hours.
Medication follow-up visits generally take 30 minutes.
Behavioral follow-up visits are scheduled for an hour.

We provide behavioral evaluations, mental health diagnoses, medication management, educational advocacy, and care coordination for children from toddlerhood through early adulthood. We optimize your time and resources, including linking your family to additional supports and treatments, if appropriate, in a timely manner.
