Fee Schedule
Please note: Included in the following fee structure, at no additional cost for established patients, are any letter requests regarding your child’s care, telephone consultations with your child’s primary care physician, and after hours text/telephone access. Telehealth visits are provided at the same cost as on-site visits.
Due to the amount of time Dr. Kotler reserves for each visit, a “Missed Visit Fee” will be applied for any missed visit that is not canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. See each visit type for the applicable Missed Visit Fee.
Office Visits
New Consult
(2-to-3-hour initial consult)

Each new patient at LINKS starts with a New Patient consult. Each patient gets 2-3 hours of Dr. Kotler’s time set aside to focus on their needs and treatment goals. Parent’s attendance is preferred, even for young adults. An extensive history of the individual will be discussed including, but not limited to, comprehensive pediatric history, early developmental history (psychiatric and academic), overall physical health, psychiatric history, a review of the medication history, and generally getting to know the patient.

Behavioral Follow-Up Visit
(Including Developmental/Individualized Education Plan Report Review)

Patients returning from a break in treatment, have not been seen in more than 3 months, have changes made to their plans, or seeking to resume treatment for any reason will start with a Behavioral Follow-up visit. This is a 1-to-2-hour consultation for the purpose of reviewing treatment plans and goals and making updates where necessary.

Medication Recheck Visit
$185
Patients taking medication as part of their treatment are recommended to be seen every 3 months to discuss changes, efficacy, and have a general check in. Medication recheck visits are also required prior to prescription renewals. Medication rechecks are scheduled regularly every 3 months once a patient is stable on the new medication as per the AAP Guidelines.

Genetic Testing Report Review
$500
The Genetic Testing Review appointment is a 2-hour consultation during which the results of genetic testing are reviewed in detail. Questions are answered and results are applied to the patient’s treatment plan.

Educational Advocacy
$320/hour
The Educational Advocacy visit is an office visit in preparation for Individualized Education Plan(IEP)/School Meetings. Student needs and goals will be reviewed allowing Dr. Kotler to best advocate for the student and family.

Fees are only incurred if the letter requires more than an hour to compose.
Attendance at Individualized Education Plan/School Meeting

Dr. Kotler can attend your student’s IEP or other related school meeting to communicate and advocate more effectively for your child’s needs. The fee includes travel of up to 40 minutes each way. There will be an added fee for travel greater than 40 minutes from the office.
*LINKS understands every situation is unique and different. Fees are adjustable for established patients and take into account situation needs (travel, virtual meetings, follow up meetings, etc.)
